Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar secure container, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
